1. Introduction

Welcome to Ethiopian Trip Planner . By using our services—whether booking a planning package, scheduling a call, or receiving an itinerary—you  agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide personalized travel consulting for trips to Ethiopia, including planning calls and custom itineraries. While we offer expert guidance, we are not the direct provider of transportation or accommodations—those are handled by third-party suppliers.

3. Booking & Payment

  • You may choose from three packages—Plan with Confidence, Travel Blueprint, or Insider-Guided Ethiopia (VIP)—with pricing and booking credits clearly outlined on the “Plans” page.

  • Payment is required in full prior to initiating services.

  • Booking credits are redeemable when committing to a full tour via us.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free 15-Minute Call: No charge; cancellation at any time.

  • Paid Consulting Packages: Refunds are not provided if you cancel after the itinerary has been delivered.

  • Full Tour Booking Refund: Your consulting fee is fully refunded if you proceed with full tour bookings through us.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information in booking forms and consultations.

  • Book all travel services (e.g., flights, accommodations) in a timely manner once recommendations are made.

  • Acknowledge that any penalties, cancellations, or unexpected changes are not the responsibility of Ethiopian Trip Planner; these are governed by third-party supplier terms.

6. Supplier Limits & Liability

We act as advisors and facilitators only. We are not liable for the actions, defaults, or omissions of third-party suppliers such as accommodations, transport providers, or tour operators.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against trip cancellations, medical emergencies, supplier bankruptcies, or other unforeseen issues.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, health crises, or other emergencies.

9. Privacy Policy Reference

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines collection, use, and protection practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the consulting fee paid. We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed bookings due to supplier actions

  • Costs incurred from delays or unexpected events

  • Travel outcomes outside our core guidance

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia. Any disputes will be handled in a competent court within Addis Ababa. You agree to resolve any issues in good faith per these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be posted here. Your continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
